Fostering a learning culture

We believe in creating a culture where we can learn from each other and feel safe, trusted and empowered – a place where we continuously grow and fulfil our needs for autonomy, purpose, and mastery.

We provide autonomy through our organisational setup and purpose as we empower small merchants. By becoming a learning organisation, we'll also offer a genuine opportunity for mastery by allowing employees to continuously learn and extend their skills. With this, we’ll not only attract and retain great people, but we’ll also build an enduring great company.

The University's mission is to foster a learning culture among SumUppers by generating learning experiences, introducing new ways of working, and collaborating closely with knowledge communities to promote exchange and expand the spread of local and global initiatives.
