It's such exciting times to be part of SumUp! As part of the global People team, you will help us build one of the best companies to work for in the world. Our mission starts with Talent Acquisition, a team that aims to attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while selecting SumUp as their next employer. When candidates become SumUpers, our Employee Experience team makes sure they have an engaging work environment where they feel comfortable to experiment and innovate. Our Talent Development team guides teams and individuals at SumUp through their development journeys, allowing them to unlock their full potential.

  • Our team is spread around 3 main locations in the world (São Paulo, Berlin and Sofia)
  • Our members come from 15 different countries around the globe: Brazil, Portugal, Germany, England, Netherlands, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, USA, Egypt, India, Pakistan, China, Turkey.
  • We are becoming heavy supporters of the agile transformation at SumUp, mentoring and coaching people managers at SumUp to lead and develop their teams in an agile way.

What you’d be doing in this position:

  • Partner with other People team members to ensure a holistic approach to the People strategy
  • Continuously review and evolve our talent development concepts
  • Support our talent development cycle (360 feedback, development discussions and IDPs, talent review, etc.)
  • Coordinate implementation and roll-out of talent systems and tools
  • Support leaders in identifying development needs of teams and individuals
  • Analyze development needs and propose the best possible solutions
  • Coordinate design and delivery of training programs and development initiatives to enable SumUpers' growth.
  • Manage external and internal trainers to ensure high-quality opportunities to your colleagues.
  • Support design and implementation of career development framework
  • Support organizational change by coordinating projects on company culture .

Whom we're looking for:

  • You have a degree in psychology, economics, management or any other related field
  • You are experienced in the field of training, learning, organization and people development
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical thinking
  • You are self-driven and you set the bar high for yourself and others around you
  • You enjoy helping people and organization grow
  • You seek for dynamics and diversity of tasks
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English - as you'll be part of a truly global company!
