As our Regional Sales Lead, you will sit in our Berlin office and report to the Head of Sales & Partnerships. You will play a key role in contributing to our ambitious goals to build long lasting strategic partners across all of SumUp’s operating countries. With a hunter mentality, you will be winning headline partnerships, while managing team members and driving the team’s development.
Drive SumUp's Solutions across EU
Be a sales driver and leader. Alongside with the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will set the sales target and be the owner of your team’s performance. You will also identify the hiring needs for the team.
You will analyse data/internal reports to refine sales strategies, assess the sales pipeline and the existing partner portfolio.
Motivate, Coach, Develop
You will manage the international sales team, including coaching team members to become greater sales experts.
Be a motivator. You constantly seek better ways to develop your sales members and grow the team.
min 5-7 years of experience working in Sales or Business Development;
Experience in managing, coaching, and leading a team;
You have completed a bachelor's degree, having an MBA will be considered a plus;
Experience with B2B is preferred;
Excellent presentation skills (verbally and written) in English. Fluency in additional European languages is considered a plus;
You are self-driven, proactive, persistent, pragmatic and have a can-do attitude;
You are/will be located in Berlin full time, willing to travel if required.
