  • You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers
  • You take care of our USA merchants by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • You competently support our merchants for all inquiries about our product and service
  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
  • You thoroughly understand the product and can offer assistance on any merchant questions
  • You closely work together with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and compliance
  • You’re part of an international and multilingual team


  • You love to communicate, while being empathetic, concise, and patient with our customers
  • Positive and professional customer service is the highest priority for you
  • You’re curious, patient and persistent to solve issues
  • You are able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • You have excellent language skills in English and feel comfortable speaking & writing English.
