SumUp is off-shelf available in over 1500 stores and web shops across the EU at ‘Bricks & Mortar’ retailers and e-tailers. As Trade Assistant you will be working within the Retail team to apply and gain your skills by supporting partner managers and their portfolio of key retail partnerships.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
Help to drive the SumUp-retail-channel to new horizons by supporting our partner managers and having close lines with sales- and growth managers as well as trade marketers. Work closely with stakeholders of other departments such as marketing, design, logistics and procurement to help us to continue growing profitable partnerships across the continent. Be the retail team´s eyes and ears by engaging with retail partners directly via phone and email to ensure excellent in-store execution.
Owning relationships with stores by monitor their performance
Working closely with Partner Managers and Sales Managers
Working cross functionally with logistics & marketing teams
Creating transparency in marketing planning by supporting partner managers with overviews and reporting
Working closely with Business Intelligence & DataWareHousing to automize special reports were needed
Account/Sales management experience or similar with a minimum of 2 years experience
Fluent English is a must, additional languages are a plus
Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics is a plus
Proven knowledge in:
Understanding on business economics
Have amazing people skills. As a Trade Assistant, you are responsible to provide an extraordinary experience to our partners and must have the confidence to communicate effectively
