Become a part of SumUp’s Point of Sale team. We are building and running a key (SaaS) business around a Point of Sale Register product for our European markets. You’ll be joining an interdisciplinary and self-sufficient team solving problems around the topics of lead generation, sales, operations, logistics, customer experience, and marketing with the aim of making this business thrive.
As a POS Growth Lead, you’ll lead the POS team growth marketing channels, with a focus on generating leads to attract and convert potential customers for our POS register solutions. You’ll also work closely with our Product and Sales teams and look for ways to optimise our customer experience. You will directly report to the Head of POS.
What you’ll be doing in this position
Drive the growth of marketing channels and develop innovative growth strategies
Be the owner of sales growth for POS solutions in SumUp
Align with the central marketing team on SumUp’s marketing strategy
Be responsible for analysing and optimising marketing channels both paid and organic
Question the status quo and design, implement and run on regular basis experiments and A/B testing
Optimise AARR metrics (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Revenue).
Support other cross-functional teams with their products when required
5+ years in Marketing, with experience in different positions within the marketing department
Entrepreneurial spirit, getting your hands dirty and taking ownership of projects is something you enjoy
Excellent analytical skills to gather and interpret data and draw conclusions from it
Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
Strong skills in paid ad tools like Google Ads, Facebook ads, etc.
Extensive experience in all aspects of customer life cycle management for a high-growth company
Growth experimentation, lead funnel optimisation, up-selling and cross-selling are your daily bread
Company culture and care for others is as important for you as it is for us
Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Extra languages (esp.German or French) are a plus
