As our Executive Recruiter, you will:
Be an important part of our plan to senior-up our leadership in Latin America, recruiting the best talent for senior positions and running the process end-to-end, from kick-off to offer negotiation and closure
Be our expert in Finance recruiting (but be open to support all areas)
Propose, lead and implement local and global initiatives and projects in Talent Acquisition
You'll be a great fit for this position if:
You love recruitment and you know how to make it a true enabler of the business vision
You have have 5+ years of experience running successfully and with autonomy end-to-end recruitment processes to hire executives (directors and up), both in recruitment agencies and in-house
You speak fluent Portuguese and English - you'll be part of a truly global company
You enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others. You get out of your way to break silos at work
You are resilient and adopt a positive approach to setbacks. You understand change is part of our identity as a business
