Brand Designer - Employer Branding

Our team of 20 designers is split into 2 general departments covering Product and Brand design. The Brand Design team—split between Berlin and Saõ Paulo—focuses on both off and online materials for internal and external use.

As Brand Designer you’ll work directly with our Employer Branding and People team on building brand experiences and campaigns across web, print and other marketing channels. You’ll work on decks, social media campaigns, company swag, conference booths, banners and more. You’ll drive projects from conception to delivery, while balancing foundational design explorations with getting products out the door and iterating quickly. 

You’ll be great for this position if 

  • You have 3+ years experience as a Brand or Communication Designer.

  • You’re familiar with modern design tools and services.

  • You have experience working with both established and emerging brands.

  • Your presentation and stakeholder management skills will help you communicate communicate ideas and concepts with team members from a wide range of countries and cultures.

  • You have a strong design aesthetic—photography skills, motion graphics, illustration and conceptual ad skills are all a plus.

  • You’re comfortable working in English. Any other language is a bonus.
