Video Content Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining our video content strategy and managing the production of the content for our European marketing channels from A-Z. You’ll create videos for our core European markets, including online marketing adverts, product launch videos, how-to guides and merchant stories. You’ll be part of our Content Marketing Team in Berlin.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create a multi-channel strategy for video content: from building and launching a YouTube channel for our core countries, to full-fledged campaigns for new products

  • Be the go-to-person for all video and imagery requests from Content, Social Media, Online Marketing, Customer Excellence, PR, Product Marketing, etc 

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to maximise video opportunities, from developing concepts and creating storyboards to the execution with our video agencies

  • Generate ideas that fit with our marketing strategies and that will appeal to and inspire our audience

  • Build and maintain relationships with freelance videographers in Berlin, London, Paris and Milan, and build a network of agencies for bigger projects 

  • Organise and oversee shootings for the production of video content, both in house and external

  • Closely work with brand and design to have guidelines in place for freelancers and ensure consistency across different projects

YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS POSITION IF

  • You have a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications or a similar field. 

  • You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in shoot production or event/project management/agencies

  • You have experience with all relevant channels and are up to speed on the latest developments in video production.

  • You’re fluent in Business English

  • You’re highly creative but also structured

  • You have strong negotiation, budget management and communication skills

  • You’re a strong multi-tasker
