As Logistics Coordinator, you will...
Manage a team responsible for our logistics daily processes end-to-end;
Ensure KPIs are monitored daily to make our operations run smoothly and act proactively to tackle problems;
Understand in-depth our numbers, main struggles to make data driven decisions
Be responsible for couriers coordination to ensure on-time-delivery and improve our merchants’ satisfaction;
Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with the team how to implement it;
You will be a great fit for this position if you:
Are fluent in Portuguese and English - you're going to work in a Global team!
Have 4+ years of relevant experience with Logistics - a track record of dealing with hypergrowth environments is a plus;
Have 3+ years experience with people management;
Number and hypothesis-driven person, with outstanding analytical skills;
Result orientated to prioritize large volumes of activity all at once;
Easy going and team player, your success will depend also on multiple stakeholder support;
Pragmatic, pro-active, hands on, people oriented and a fast-paced environment lover.
