The Online Marketing Team is made for those ones who are excited by the potential to work with many different channels and have a desire and hunger to constantly improve and innovate in these spaces. We have a passion for growth and understand that testing will take us to another level.

As our Performance Channel Manager, you will:

Help SumUp to reach the maximum number of Merchants at the lowest possible cost. You’ll be empowered to always be at the edge of the market and accomplish what no one has achieved in the industry by deep understanding all Online Marketing channels we work and bringing new channels/ways of acquiring customers.

  • You will be responsible for managing our Performance Team, set up campaigns based on ROI & payback and reports detailed results

  • You will Identify opportunities to improve our performance metrics, such as CTR, CPM, ROI, payback and conversion rates 

  • You will interact constantly with performance tools suppliers to look/try experiments, find better solutions and strengthen our relationship

  • Communicate effectively and bring completely different audiences together, influencing their decisions, is something you’re comfortable with You´ll need to inspire people with your long-term vision

  • Be a subject matter! Understanding in-depth our numbers, main struggles and how to drastically make a difference are key for you

You'll be a great fit for this position if:

  • Having experience in performance marketing (Google, Facebook, Programmatic and other channels)

  • Experience with leading teams and make them better every day! Your job is to make yourself disposable!

  • You have a structured approach to ambiguity and strong analytical skills

  • You are comfortable with a vast amount of data, managing big budgets and coming up with conclusions/recommendations are a fundamental part of this role

  • You are curious, learn fast and share it with the team: performance marketing is an ever-changing subject and you and the team need to be always up to date!

  • Pragmatic, pro-active, hands-on, people-oriented and a fast-paced environment lover

  • You are in the know of the new social media trends

  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English - you'll be part of a truly global team

  • Coding skills and/or previous Online Marketing automation projects experience is a big plus!
