Senior Product Designer Terminals GUI

Our team of 20+ designers is split into three departments covering User Experience Research, Product- and Brand Design. All Product Designers work in co-located cross-functional teams with designers situated in Berlin, Warsaw, Cologne, Copenhagen, Sofia and Saõ Paulo producing solutions for native mobile, web and our bespoke hardware. Our goal is to design and develop both digital and hardware products that empower small merchants all over the world.

What you're going to do

As Senior Product Designer for the Terminals GUI you will be joining one of the teams working on our hardware products and collaborate closely to develop the User experience and visual language of our new hardware devices. You will become an expert in your specific domain, turning new features from concept into reality. Your empathic thought process and research skills will help you understand the users’ problems and make sure we're delivering the right products and features.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a UX & UI Designer

  • You know the common design tools and services (we mainly use Figma)

  • Your design process follows a human-centered approach and you apply both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to validate your solutions

  • Your excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills will help you communicate the value of design across the whole company

  • You have experience in working in an agile environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing product priorities

  • Experience working with GUIs is a plus

  • You are comfortable in English. Any other language is a bonus.
