What you'll do in this position

As our Treasury manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Manage Daily Cash: Supervise daily bank operations and other cash programs, such as, Supplier Finance (reverse factoring) and FIDC. Review daily bank position against payment obligations, determine liquidity needs, and decide funds transfers. Ensure daily checking of company bank accounts versus expected movements

  • Manage daily credit & collections activities

  • Review account receivable and payable ledgers and initiate steps to resolve aged invoices

  • Identify and implement process improvements, including system enhancements, reconfiguration and new capabilities

  • Manage Bank relations: Ensure banks comply with agreed terms and conditions of engagement and deliver value to the company.

  • Support to FP&A and Controlling team regarding cash flow forecasting.

  • Lead and manage the team in achieving individual, departmental, and company goals

You'll be a great fit for this position if you: 

  • Are graduated in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics

  • Have +10 years of professional experience as treasury and/or controlling function

  • Have a strong knowledge of FIDC operation

  • Experience of banking relationships

  • Are well organized and can deal with multiple deadlines

  • Are critical and pay extreme attention to details

  • Are hands-on: not afraid to get your hands dirty and work closely with other areas to improve processes and keep up the routines

  • Are fluent in English and Spanish is a plus - you'll be part of a truly global organization

  • Get excited with the entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-responsibility atmosphere of a growing Fintech

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, including an absolute aversion to “shortcuts”.
