What you’ll be doing in this position
We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst/Administrator to continuously support and improve our Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, processes, and communication. You will work in an international team of project managers, administrators and developers to ensure that not only Marketing Cloud but all Salesforce Clouds are working according to our global business needs. You will:
be responsible for supporting and building automated communication with our customers and will have a chance to learn and apply technical aspects of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform to optimize processes at SumUp across different communication channels
automating the communication between SumUp and its customers by designing, creating and maintaining cross-channel user journeys (Email, SMS, Push, Social)
administrating the platform, including testing, troubleshooting and data management
simplifying users journeys across countries and languages to dynamically retrieve content
providing suggestions for marketing automation process and campaigns management;
working together with Marketing, Design and Product departments on different projects
be responsible for following best practices and ensuring business processes and communication are automated
You'll be perfect for this position if you:
Have at least 1+ years of working experience with Marketing Automation - experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus!
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have a solid background in working with cross-functional teams
You have a university degree or similar qualifications
Enjoy documenting processes and preparing user guidelines - having experience working with JIRA/Confluence platforms is a bonus!
You are fluent in Portuguese and English. Nice to have: Spanish - you'll be part of a truly global company

The following requirements are a big plus for us:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
Experience in other Salesforce Clouds and systems (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud), or integrated services (Web Services, Call Centers)
