The CRM area is specialized in empathy with our customers. It's relentless in analyzing data, studying behaviors, understanding the marketplace and turning all insights into CRM campaigns that change the lives of our stakeholders and impact our business metrics.
As our Data CRM Analyst, you will:
Develop the segmentation and life cycle of customers and partners.
Ad hoc customer behavior studies to drive marketing, content, product features and CRM actions.
Lead the definition and implementation of quantitative and qualitative metrics and KPIs for campaigns and initiatives.
Measure the campaign results.
Structure the A / B complex tests.
Automate the reports.
Interface with B.I and CRM Tech to translate business needs and create new capabilities.
You'll be great fit for this position if:
You are comfortable with vast amount of data! You enjoy doing data analysis and statistics - Excel and SQL are you best friends!.
You master data visualization tools such as Tableau and Data Studio.
You rock doing A / B test and Samples.
You are fluent in English - you'll be part of a truly global organization!
You have solid knowledge in Phyton or R - It will be a plus!
