What you'll do in this position
As our Accounting Specialist for Financial institutions, you will be responsible for the following activities:
For our financial institutions, be the ultimate responsible for:
the accounting process
end of the month closing deadlines
Regulatory files and reports
Implement, monitor and improve the ERP interfaces related to the accounting process
Analyse, review and improve the quality of our accounting processes, our financial statements and the accounting inputs and outputs related to tax (Lucro Real)
You'll be a great fit for this position if you:
Are graduated in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics and have active CRC is a plus
Have +7 years of professional experience in IFRS and CPC accounting, mainly in financial institutions with report to BACEN (CADOCs) and COSIF chart of accounts
Experience dealing with audit process of financial institutions
Are hands-on: not afraid to get your hands dirty and work closely with other areas to improve processes and keep up the routines
Experience with SAP S4Hana and Matera would be a plus
Have knowledge of FIDC operations and its accounting rules is a plus
Are fluent in English (and Spanish would be a plus) - you'll be part of a truly global organization
Get excited with the entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-responsibility atmosphere of a growing Fintech
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, including an absolute aversion to “shortcuts”.
