About the role

As a SEO Manager, you’ll support the organic growth of SumUp websites through on-page and off-page optimisation activities. You’ll report to the Senior SEO Manager and work with the Content team to further develop our SEO strategy across core European markets.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to SEO growth through on-page and off-page activities

• Carry out keyword research and market analysis

• Work with the Content and Country teams to ensure best industry practices

• Measure website performance with Google Analytics and Search Console

• Analyse technical aspects of the website

• Identify new content opportunities

• Improve website architecture

 You’ll be great for this position if

• You have excellent understanding of SEO ranking factors.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in full-time SEO roles.

• You’re tech-savvy.

• You know HTML syntax.

• You’re eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.

• You have good communication and analytical skills and work in a process-oriented way. 

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English – fluency in another European language is a bonus.

• You’re well organised with strong attention to detail.

• You’d enjoy being a part of an international team.

• You have proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
