As our Acquisition Manager, you will:

Help SumUp to grow exponentially our sales consultants channel by impacting all growth levers, which means understanding all online marketing channels we work, bringing new channels and improving conversion rates throughout our whole funnel.

  • You will be responsible for managing our Acquisition Team, set up campaigns based on growth objectives, payback and ROI

  • You will identify opportunities to improve our marketing channels performance metrics and optimize conversion rates in the whole funnel

  • You will co-design the ads strategies with our creative specialists

  • You will lead the setup and improvement of our web and funnel analytics and the development of our attribution modeling 

  • You will work closely to our Growth Team developing and experimenting growth hacking strategies

You'll be a great fit for this position if:

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience, of which at least 2+ years experience in performance marketing (Google, Facebook, Programmatic and other channels)

  • You have a structured approach to ambiguity and strong analytical skills

  • You are comfortable with a vast amount of data, managing big budgets and coming up with conclusions/recommendations are a fundamental part of this role

  • You have experience with conversion rate optimization approach: A/B testing, basic UX and behavioral psychology knowledge

  • You have a good understanding of growth hacking method and agile principles

  • You have experience with building and leading performance teams

  • Pragmatic, pro-active, hands-on, people-oriented and a fast-paced environment lover

  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English - you'll be part of a truly global team
