As our Projects Manager you will:
Be based in our São Paulo office (we can support your relocation if needed) and report directly to our Global VP People
Be the owner of a few of the most relevant projects we have in People: run internal and external research and diagnostic studies, propose and deliver plans/solutions that will impact the entire organization, like agile organizational (re)design, strategic compensation design, new offices vs. global talent pools, leadership development and global talent acquisition strategy
Ensure that our new programs, projects and processes we rollout help us maintain our culture of no bureaucracy, no dumb processes, horizontal structures, flat hierarchies and decentralized decision-making
You'll be great for this position if:
You have 2+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting or managing mid to highly complex projects in hyper-growing, multinational companies. Experience in Human Resources functions is not a required for this position
Your problem-solving and project management skills are outstanding: once proposed a challenge, you are able to isolate the problem and its root causes, identify its drivers, analyze numbers/databases/reports/trends, prioritize potential solutions according to their impact on the problem and come up with a structured rollout plan to deliver the solution
You don't shy away from complexity in stakeholder management: you are able to build productive and healthy relationships with and influence people all across the organization, regardless of their cultural background, communication styles, current geographic location, function and tenure
Your communication is clear, objective, concise as needed - and you can be just as effective as a communicator when speaking and writing in English
You can put together clear, logical and effective presentations and present them yourself to diverse groups, adapting your communication style to your audience and effectively communicating the main messages and the rationale behind them
You are available to travel both within Brazil and overseas, as our offices are spread in different countries and continents
