What you'll be doing in this position
You will take charge and be the owner of the SumUp iOS mPOS app experiences related to merchants contacting SumUp and the underlying channel tools and services needed to power such experiences. You will be collaborating closely with the Merchant Contact Experience Team. Together with the Product Manager, you will set and implement the vision for the next evolution of in app support experiences. You will define the experiences that route customers to support, allow customers to self-serve or interact with support, view their support history. You will also interact with key operations stakeholders, product designers, developers (front-end, back-end, mobile), product managers, domain experts and other stakeholders who all contribute in creating an experience that is effortless for both our merchants and agents.
You are comfortable with Objective-C and the iOS system frameworks
You are curious about Swift (good knowledge would be a plus)
You know what to test, why to test it and how to write flexible tests that won't break
You care about user interaction and usability
You love coding and take the time to reflect on all aspects of your implementation, be it frameworks, languages or processes.
Your precise communication skills makes working with you effective and efficient
Technology excites you and you strive to learn something new on a daily basis
