Our team's mission is to help small businesses to thrive. At sales, we interact daily with the SumUp Consultants, a large 3rd party direct selling salesforce spread across BR! We familiarize ourselves with their challenges, help them overcome blockers and deliver solutions, whilst understanding new growth opportunities, developing sales strategies, delivering financial inclusion and professionalizing small entrepreneurs.
In this role, you will help us to shape the day-to-day and change the life of our everyday heroes - the SumUp Consultant.
You will be responsible to make the Consultant feel part of something greater than himself and keep him/her engaged with SumUp.
As our Engagement Manager, you will:
Identify the value proposition and the biz model requirements for the SumUp Consultant to be successful;
Kraft and roll-out cash and cashless incentives for our sales force;
Identify and roll-out new product to be sold by our sales force;
Implement communication journeys and define the requirements for a CRM to support the management the SumUp Consultant;
Hire, develop and lead a team.

You have a structured approach to ambiguity and strong analytical skills
You have been there, done that! Solid experience in managing and building direct selling networks and/or 3rd party sales channels;
You are a pragmatic problem-solver. Within SumUp, we face multiple challenges everyday; a consistent and pragmatic approach is vital for your success in this role, even so an innovative solution will be necessary constantly in opening new channels;
You are a true Leader: previous experience in team management is mandatory.
