About our People Analytics area:

In recent years, SumUp has scaled up from a small startup to a truly global organisation, and we believe that good people is what will take us to the next level. As a tech-driven company, people analytics plays a crucial role in how we plan to succeed.

As our People Analytics Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our people data reports, while ensuring that the employee information we keep on record is accurate. You’ll also define new processes, improve our HR tools and generate ideas based on data.

As our People Analytics Manager, you will:

  • Create reports and dashboards with people data for the business;

  • Define KPIs and support the leadership with data driven decisions;

  • Manage HR tools and guarantee that the employee data is accurate;

  • Work on integrations with Finance and BI systems;

  • Continuously define and improve HR processes, helping us implement new tools and driving projects company-wide.

You'll be a great fit for this position if: 

  • You love working with people as much as you love data;

  • You have analytic skills, such as Excel, basic programming, workflows configuration and Tableau;  

  • You are able to express yourself in English towards employees and external providers;

  • You have experience working in data analysis, accounting or HR administration; Experience with HRIS systems is a plus;

  • You are able to work in a fast paced environment, where accuracy matters.
