Product Analyst (Hardware)

As Product Analyst, you’ll work closely with our VP Hardware, Product Managers and their teams, combining your love of data with great business judgement and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for communicating decisions across the Hardware Team and sub-teams, sharing critical project information to ensure transparency and create a shared view of what’s going on in each project. You'll provide quantitative support and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organisation.

Our teams are agile, self-organised and cross-functional. Good collaboration and partnership with the Product Managers and their teams will ensure your success in this role.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with our Hardware teams to get an overview of ongoing projects 

• Drive research and data analysis to get insight into what’s going on at SumUp

• Deliver effective, visually engaging presentations of insights on the product, growth, costs, user metrics and performance 

• Be responsible for tracking and controlling project costs

• Continuously look for process improvements, while removing impediments

• Suggest improvements to products and services

You’ll be great for this role if:

• You’re fluent in English

• You have a deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics and analysis.

• You have strong communication and mediation skills.

• You have good presentation skills. 

• You’re proficient with project management, planning techniques and tools. 

• You’re organised, strategically focused, detail-oriented and a self-starter. 

• You’re able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
