Team

The Merchant Growth Tribe’s mission is to build an ecosystem of simple yet powerful products for our 1.5m+ merchants around the world which will help them grow their business. In addition to our core product, the teams within the Tribe also provide merchants with invoicing and eCommerce solutions joining online and offline world together. We are passionate about what and how we achieve our goals. 

Shoplo Scrum Master will be responsible for building and maintaining process across several dev teams.

What you’ll do

• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed

• Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value

• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress

• Coaching the Development Team

• And all other responsibilities defined by The Scrum Guide :)

You’ll be great for this position if

• Are an expert in Agile who is passionate about knowledge sharing

• Have 3+ yrs of experience working with dev teams

• Have technical background - previous experience in programmer role will an asset

• Are open-minded great communicator with fluent Polish and English
