Operational Risk Analyst

Our SumUp office in São Paulo is now hiring Operational Risk Analyst for our Operational Risk and Compliance team!

While in this role, your main responsibilities will be:

• Process and Procedure management for the Brazilian Risk team. 

• Help the business conduct their RCSA exercise to identify,assess and work towards remediating potential operational risks, as well as improving the control environment across the business by way of implementing appropriate and agreed remediation actions. 

• Manage remediation actions to completion. 

• Maintain the company wide risk register, relevant logs and any and all documentation.

You'll be a great fit for this position if you:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), preferably in a similar environment.

• Organised, analytical, pragmatic, solution orientated and ability to prioritise and execute projects in an ever-changing environment.

• Teamwork and ability to cooperate with peers.

• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage ongoing work with ad hoc projects

• Excellent computer skills, use of online resources, etc.

• Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal. This role requires fluent English.
