As part of our Employee Experience team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that employees experience an engaging work environment where they feel comfortable to experiment and innovate

A few facts about us:

• Our team is spread across 3 main locations: São Paulo, Berlin and Sofia.

• Our team leaders come from many different countries: India, Brazil, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain, The Netherlands, Germany and Hungary.

• We encourage everyone to work together running Employee Experience projects across locations, learning more about different cultures, gaining experience in multiple set-ups and having fun.

What you’ll do:

• You prepare employee engagement reports and analyse trends

• You overview all contract renewals, probation periods and sick leaves

• You work closely with the People Partners and support them with day-to-day activities

You'll be a great fit for this position if: 

• You are currently enrolled in a University and can work 20 hours per week

• Great customer service mindset and approach when taking care of employees

• Ability to plan, organise and execute with high reliability and detail orientation

• Great team-member and able to jump in wherever needed to support and make the team as successful as possible

• Curious nature. You should ask why and you should want to break down how things are done and ultimately endeavour to improve them

• Passion for learning. You should constantly be reading about new trends and existing theories about people related topics and you should have a commitment to constantly improving yourself and the people around you

• International experience and a global mindset

• Preferred experience or interest in fast-growing businesses, tech or start-ups
