Social Media Analyst (Community Manager)

Social media is not just about getting likes, they are our showcase to the world and the best way to externalize SumUp's purpose: help small merchants. We work hard everyday to engage our +1million followers by creating inspiring and helpful content, integrating our Dono do Negócio blog and other social channels. 

As our Community Manager, you will:

- Help to scale our promoters by creating relevant conversations between our brand and the community

- Social Listening: identify themes and opportunities for conversations and instant marketing 

- Engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors and industry

- Interact with our community to increase engagement (social media and Dono do Negócio)

- Create brand sentiment and share of voice reports by analysing our social media channels

- Support instant marketing content creation  

- Support find brand advocates and PR opportunities through social listening

- Give support to the Social Media strategy by providing relevant data about the community  

across various online communities together with the community team

You'll be a great fit for this position if:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Social Media heavy user

  • Creative, willing to learn, hands-on, self-starter, problem-solving

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Communications
