We are looking for an Executive Assistant in Berlin to support our Management team in their day to day tasks.

What you’ll do as Executive Assistant:

  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organising events, activities and calendars

  • Handle travel scheduling, file organisation and logistics for visitors, and be involved in planning and supporting events

  • Collaborate with our office management team and take on other ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned occasionally

  • Assist in scheduling of onsite or virtual candidate interviews fort he team, and ensuring a good and swift candidate experience

  • Assist in basic budgeting, invoice and payment management, expense management

  • Produce high-quality documents and presentations, and prepare and document management meetings

  • Engage in content-rich activities such as market research, project management office activities and knowledge management

You'll be a great fit for this position if: 

  • You’re fluent in English and German 

  • You have previous experience as an Executive Assistant (Required)

  • You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • You have excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work

  • You’re able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
