Recruitment Events Partner

Our mission starts with Talent Acquisition, a team that aims to attract the right talent and ensure candidates have an amazing experience while getting to know SumUp. 

Our Talent Acquisition team is currently made up of people from 12 different countries, and we’re growing and diversifying each month. We’re split across 3 main locations - Sofia, Berlin and São Paulo. And we’re key supporters of SumUp’s ongoing agile transformation, helping stakeholders approach their hiring needs in an agile manner.

What you’ll do

• Partner with hiring managers, Employer Brand Specialists and Recruiters to organise and execute recruitment events, such as meetups, career fairs, hiring days, niche conferences and panels.

• Coordinate with suppliers of marketing materials, food and swag to create an engaging experience that reflects SumUp’s culture. 

• Ensure a data-driven approach by tracking events metrics such as number of participants, number of applicants and candidate conversion rates.

• Engage with candidates during and after events and ensure they are directed to the right job pipelines. 

You’ll be great for this role if

• You speak fluent English.

• You have previous experience in event organisation, recruitment, office management or similar roles.

• You’re detail-oriented, organised and great at multi-tasking.

• You’re a creative problem solver and confident at thinking on your feet.

• You’re excited to upskill yourself in talent acquisition and recruiting. 

• You enjoy socialising and networking; you truly shine when you’re around people.
