Learning and Development Lead - Berlin

As part of the global People team, you’ll help make SumUp a great company to work for. Alongside our Talent Development team, they guide SumUppers through their learning journeys, helping them to unlock their full potential.

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Lead to join our Talent Development team.

What you’ll do

• Design learning strategy and support the growth culture at SumUp

• Ensure SumUppers have the skills needed to be successful in their roles  

• Lead and develop a team, focused on designing and delivering in-house learning solutions supporting organizational needs

• Hands-on lead some learning initiatives. Including design and delivery

• Assess effectiveness of the offered programs and be accountable for their evolution

• Plan and roll out e-learning and LMS 

 You’ll be great for this position if

• You have experience of building simple, lightweight and high impact learning solutions that add to the growth of the business

• You’re passionate about the way people learn

• You are excited about bringing in creative, unconventional learning practices 

• You have outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical thinking, proactively dealing with ambiguity creating clarity for yourself and teams around you
