Chargeback Management Specialist

What you will be doing as our Disputes/Chargeback specialist:

  • Handle all dispute-related claims

  • Ensure communication is delivered in a timely manner to the merchants, and clear expectations are established to ensure merchant’s satisfaction

  • Gather necessary information/documentation formally or informally to successfully represent the disputes

  • Contact third party processors for issuing / acquiring related claims

  • Execute chargeback prevention processes and chargeback management improvement plan

  • Has a thorough knowledge of the various card networks rules and regulations, policies and procedures

  • Get involved in all other tasks and activities of the unit and Anti-fraud Department

Your skills and responsibilities:

  • Assist in special projects and ad-hoc assignments, upon request

  • Demonstrates great organizational skills, attention to details

  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions based on logical reasoning

  • Ability to contribute to the team’s results, work through a fast paced and goal-oriented environment

  • Demonstrates great organizational skills, attention to details

  • Supervisory/managerial skills might be a plus
