We’re looking for a CEO Consumer Mission to own and drive this mission and continuously challenge the status quo, to assemble the best team, market the product and align all stakeholders involved.
In this role you'll:
Build, lead and motivate an entirely new team and company within SumUp to create a virally growing consumer ecosystem
Assemble Operations (including Customer Support, Risk and Antifraud), Marketing, Banking Relations (including Compliance), Finance Teams etc.
Oversee all operations and business activities and be the pacesetter continuously challenging the status quo
Have full P&L responsibility for the mission within the SumUp ecosystem
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stakeholders
Work closely with the product and engineering team lead in order to jointly prioritize, drive the product vision and markets
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
You’ll be great for this position if
You are an entrepreneur, don’t shy away from challenging tasks and are looking for the next meaningful challenge; ideally, you have started or worked in tech ventures in your past experience and know the pain and rewards that come with scaling a company
You have excellent leadership and communication skills
You have excellent analytical and presentation skills
You have managed marketing teams before and are familiar with creating virality around products to make them scale
You have overseen operations teams before with a strong focus on meeting KPIs and improving the service provided continuously
You are a collaborator and succeed by empowering and developing teams
You have experience with B2C products
Payments industry knowledge is a plus
