Operations CSM Admin - Internship (1 year)

As an Operations CSM Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EU Customer Success Team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all new and existing merchants have the necessary POS setup to succeed in their business.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the CSM team in onboarding new and existing Italian merchants by configuring their POS system
Collaborate closely with the CSM team to ensure merchants requests and needs are consistently being met
Ensure merchants are able to maximize POS usage by meticulously reviewing and enhancing product lists for the merchants
Efficiently process Salesforce requests, including churn and change of ownership to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
You’ll be great for this position if:
You are able to consistently meet SLAs and targets
You feel comfortable working independently in a fast paced dynamic environment
You have great organizational skills and attention to details
Previous experience in CSM, customer service or account management is a plus
You are able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders at the same time
You are fluent in English. Communication skills in French, Italian, German or Spanish are considered a plus
