As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for defining, analysing and digesting quantitative data of our merchants’ behavior to produce insights that will influence the course of action and drive product decisions. Combined with your resourcefulness, strong communication and project management skills, you’ll actualise business strategy by making effective decisions in a fast-paced, tech environment.
The tribe you will be joining is currently made up of 30 members (and counting) split into engineering, product, design, salesforce, data science and machine learning, who work on exciting technologies including proprietary recommendation engines, predictive systems, machine learning and NLP. The team is spread between our Berlin and São Paulo offices.
What you'll do
Support data-driven discussions, produce product insights and contribute to setting and reaching business objectives
Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to design, advocate and analyse experiments that will prove (or refute) product hypotheses
Drive decisions and prioritisation by delivering effective and polished reports, dashboards and visualisations
Design, forecast and track key product and business metrics
Work closely with the user research team to bring together insights from qualitative and quantitative data
Improve data literacy throughout the tribe by teaching and sharing best practices
You have 5+ years of work experience in analytics in various companies
You have a proven track record of driving business impact through leveraging data
You’ve worked in close collaboration with or embedded in product teams, offering deep insights into product opportunities, setting goals and measuring success
You’re experienced working with data visualisation tools like Tableau and Datastudio
You have strong SQL skills. Knowledge in data manipulation programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
