As a Technical CRM Manager, you’ll join our Marketing Cloud Platform team, whose mission is to deliver technical solutions to meet our business goals. You’ll ensure we have the architecture in place to execute our CRM strategy and fully leverage the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You’ll collaborate with other teams and squads to build features and solutions on our Cloud Services (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Contact Centers) that play a crucial role for operations and communication.
What you’ll do
Conceptualise the transformation of our existing Marketing Cloud architecture to reconfigure our data flows to incorporate additional products
Manipulate and organise data within Marketing Cloud using SQL/AMPscript/SSJS
Creating or adjusting the flow of data in specific business units to meet business requirements
Drive the design and creation of backend services to trigger communications via Email, SMS and/or Push
Work with our mobile team to enable additional features in the Mobile Push SDK
Extend journey builder with custom activities to support integrations to other services
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 5 years of experience in CRM/Marketing Automation, and at least 2+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with in-depth knowledge of the underlying cross-channel contact infrastructure and management within a multi-business unit structure.
You have hands-on experience in creating and adjusting contact models within Contact Builder.
You know how to work with the Marketing Cloud API for data operations and triggered communication.
You have experience using SSJS to manage operational activities (such as deletion) in Automation Studio.
You’re proficient in SQL Server for segmentation and reporting operations.
You are experienced creating and adjusting AMPscript for dynamic content and data management.
You enjoy creating documentation to share your solutions within an organisation – it’s a bonus if you’ve used Jira and Confluence.
