Ensure the reliability and quality of ETL pipelines supporting EU GTM and Performance Marketing.
Use data to drive informed decisions by conducting rigorous analysis, creating clear visualizations, and effectively communicating insights.
Collaborate with teams across the business, including data analysts and stakeholders, to define KPIs and align business logic—ensuring metrics and data models accurately reflect organizational needs.
Foster a culture of data excellence by supporting Data Analysts in adopting dbt and software engineering best practices to enhance data quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop and optimize data products across domains, leveraging existing resources to maximize impact.
Contribute to a robust data infrastructure (Git, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake) that empowers Data Analysts and stakeholders with self-service analytics.

Solid experience with data prerequisites for advanced dashboards, ideally with Tableau.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, and a strategic mindset—enabling collaboration with GTM and Performance Marketing leadership.
