We're looking for a passionate Marketing Content Specialist to join us in Berlin. As part of the Marketing Team for Debitoor (part of the SumUp group), you’ll play a key role in our communication with our merchants. Together, we create content to attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our invoicing and accounting products.
Our Debitoor marketing team is spread across Copenhagen and Berlin with great opportunities for knowledge sharing and collaboration on projects. What you’ll do
As a Marketing Content Specialist you’ll be an advocate of our invoicing and accounting products in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) by creating engaging and compelling content. You’ll:
Create fresh and compelling content for our website (dictionary, small business guide and blog) as well as for our other marketing channels (email, in-app, social media, etc.)
Increase the reach of our website content through SEO and link earning.
Work with our Customer Support Team in order to understand the needs of our customers and create relevant content for them.
Monitor the content of relevant competitors and stay on top of the latest industry news.
You’ll be great for this position if
You have native-level German speaking and writing abilities.
You know and understand the cultural specificities of the DACH markets.
You have relevant experience in Copywriting and/or Communications.
You have an editor’s eye with the ability to craft engaging content for marketing purposes.
You have a hands-on mentality and you pay close attention to detail.
You enjoy working as part of a team, while taking on responsibilities from the get-go.
You’re fluent in English (written and spoken) – you'll be part of a truly global company.
