Our team of 90+ designers and user researchers is split into three departments covering User Experience Research, Product- and Brand Design. All designers work embedded in product tribes, in market facing teams or as part of a Global Design team. We are building additional capabilities in areas including industrial design, motion design, data visualization, UX writing and design operations.
As Senior Digital Brand Designer, you’ll work directly with our Product Marketing and Merchant Growth teams developing digital, web and visual assets for our Point-of-Sale products. You will focus on the brand and experience design for our product pages, landing pages, visuals for our blog content, emails for the user journey and social media campaigns. As part of the Brand Design team, you will ensure that our brand design language stays consistent across all the channels, and the new product marketing pages work cohesively within our overall marketing site. You will need to develop deep knowledge of the products and merchant perspectives, craft strong storyline across the pages and journey experience, and develop cohesive and scalable designs for global implementation. You’ll drive projects from conception to delivery while balancing foundational design explorations. Your close collaboration with content, product and country experts will be essential for crafting the optimal solution.
You’ll be great for this position if
You have 6+ years of experience as a Brand or Communication Designer with a focus on digital and web environments.
You’re familiar with modern design tools and services and have experience in the whole design process of digital and web assets, including user research.
You have experience working with A/B testing and KPI/performance driven solutions, and can contribute to hypothesis development from the user perspective.
You have worked with both established and emerging brands.
Your presentation and stakeholder management skills will help you communicate ideas and concepts with team members from a wide range of countries and cultures.
You have a strong design aesthetic and understanding of user experience, and web development experience is a plus.
You’re comfortable working in English. Any other language is a bonus.
You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us.
BA or MA in Design or related fields, or complementary studies with deep work experience in digital design
