Head of Logistics

In this role as a part of our Logistics team, working within our Hardware Tribe, you will be responsible for international and domestic logistics for companies located in Europe and Asia, operating in the retail, IT, and consumer markets such as mPOS and electronics industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Narrow Interaction with global supply chain department

  • S&OP process execution

  • Growth management, focusing on achieving targets

  • Inventory control, logistics costs, KPI management and report preparation

  • Forecasting

  • Relationship building and negotiation with large clients and suppliers in various countries

  • Team management, including individual development planning 

  • Management of projects and deployment of ERPs and WMS

  • Coordination of reverse logistics for electrical and electronic goods.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience working in Logistics

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics supply industry

  • Experience in international trade and international / domestic logistics

  • Experience of logistics operations, import and export operations, customs, reverse logistics and customer service.

  • Extensive experience of supply chain operations and control

  • International experience; including excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change

  • Ability to be flexible and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
