The Full Stack Engineering team is at the heart of this mission, playing a pivotal role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and intuitive features across both frontend and backend ecosystems. We work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and engineers across platforms (mobile, frontend, and backend)—to build innovative tools and experiences that simplify customer support and drive efficiency.
This role is part of a well-established and collaborative team comprising a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Designer, Android and iOS developers, Frontend engineers, and Backend engineers. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute across the entire stack, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and an outstanding user experience for merchants worldwide.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain innovative features across both the frontend and backend to enhance the customer support funnel, delivering seamless and impactful user experiences
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement consistent APIs, WebSocket connections, and AI-powered functionality that integrates seamlessly across platforms
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for both user-facing interfaces and backend services, ensuring high performance and reliability
Develop robust unit and integration tests to maintain the quality and stability of deliverables across the entire stack
Implement tracking for analytics and configure A/B tests to assess feature success and drive informed decision-making
Monitor system performance end-to-end, establish alerts, and proactively troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability and uptime
Ensure consistency in design and functionality by aligning implementations with the overall product vision and standards
You’ll be great for this position if you
Have 5+ years of programming experience with TypeScript and Golang, building scalable and efficient applications
Are proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working within a microservice environment
Have hands-on experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL and event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka
Are comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Have experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment processes
Are familiar with monitoring and debugging tools such as Grafana, Honeycomb, and Sentry to ensure system reliability and performance
Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment where mutual empowerment and growth are core values
Demonstrate high autonomy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and focus on impactful work
