Group Treasury Intern

Our SumUp office in Berlin is currently hiring for the position of a Group Treasury intern to join our Group Treasury Team.
This role will play a crucial part, not only in the smooth and efficient running of our global Treasury activities, but also deep in the operations of our business at the points where we interact with and service merchants on a daily basis.
As the Treasurer, you will have knowledge, understanding and interest in the areas as detailed below.
What you’ll do
Support group treasury team for operational activities
Support in drafting and redefining hedging strategies as well as investment policies
coordinate cash flow forecasting activities for all our legal entities
collaborate closely with our stakeholders, e.g. the Treasury team in Latin America, global FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, Tax;
drive projects to improve infrastructure, enabling the optimisation of SumUp Treasury activities
build models and other analytical tools to help increase portfolio returns and risk management capabilities,
support broader company strategy by owning Treasury related analysis and activities
