As an organization that wants to stand for positive change in the world, our diversity and inclusion ambitions are at the heart of all we do. We want to build a company culture where all SumUppers feel welcomed, equal and valued.
That said, we’ve launched a new initiative to help drive diversity in internships and student roles at SumUp. This programme, Project Voice, will focus on identifying qualified candidates from ethnic minority groups and socially vulnerable groups, including those with disabilities and who identify as women.
Our goal is to map potential candidates to all future internships and graduate opportunities, in the most diverse positions and areas of the business. As part of the programme, we’ll also offer mentoring and coaching support. After completing the programme, you can apply for a position at SumUp or at another organization. Either way, if you feel prepared to enter the working world, we’ll know we played our part in making a positive change in the world.
If you identify with any of the minority groups described and carry a passion for fintech, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your CV and a cover letter that describes how you think Project Voice could help you. Please also let us know that you could meet the time requirements.
