This role will start as a 1 year part-time Working Student role based in our Berlin office.
What you’ll do
Establish great employee experience during onboarding, handling relocation processes, work permits, documentation and contract creation
Manage sensitive documents and paperwork, ensuring our databases are up-to-date when it comes to contractual changes
Act as a friendly and reassuring main point of contact for new joiners, creating structured, compliant and clear work processes when it comes to onboarding steps
Own and drive your own projects, transforming your theoretical knowledge into practical learning
You’ll be great for this role if
You’re currently a Bachelor or Master Student in the field of Business, Psychology or in a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on human resources.
You have excellent prioritisation and time-management skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You are inquisitive and want to make things better and more efficient.
You’re legally allowed to work in Germany.
You’re fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
