We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated and organised Compliance Business Partner Lead.
As a part of the Compliance team, you’ll work in the area of regulatory returns, maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in fulfilling general payment and e-money organisation compliance requirements generally.
What you’ll do
Coordinate compliance support for business development and launches of new markets and payment products
Monitor the development of regulation to ensure advance awareness and preparatory tasks are undertaken early
Maintain communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Create and produce relevant regulatory related management information, including reports for senior management as required
You’ll be great for this position if
You have 10+ years’ compliance experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
You have 5+ years’ people and stakeholder management experience.
You’re familiar with European regulations for Financial institutions, including SEPA rules, payment regulations, anti-money laundering and outsourcing.
You're an organised leader, analytical, pragmatic and able to execute projects in a dynamic environment.
You have strong written and spoken English communication skills.
