CRM Manager Up/Cross-selling

As a CRM Manager sitting within the CRM & Lifecycle team, you’ll help build and optimise customer journeys and campaigns across our markets and products. You’ll play a key role in addressing the needs of our merchants and ensuring a seamless SumUp experience throughout the lifecycle. 

This role is part of the European Market team. This is a group of cross-functional growth hackers with the mission of completely transforming SumUp’s go-to-market from the current approach of leading with our successful card acceptance product to an integrated ecosystem of products that powers all aspects of our merchants’ businesses. What you’ll do 

  • Plan and execute CRM lifecycle up/cross-selling initiatives using experimentation, growth hacking tactics, and journey automations.

  • Tailor product upsell recommendations to the unique needs of each merchant in alignment with EU business goals and priorities

  • Collaborate closely with GTM missions-chapters, Martech, Communication platform, Global Analytics, Customer Success Management (CSM), Sales, and Product tribes to build and optimize Up/X-sell recommendations, communication, audience, channel selection, contact policy and value propositions (offering) tactics.

  • Analyze performance insights to identify areas for optimization and drive improvements by sharing learnings with relevant stakeholders.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • 4-6 years of experience in CRM, multi-channel lifecycle, Next Best Action framework.

  • Experience of using ML models for marketing use cases (up/x-sell, retention, engagement).

  • A strong understanding of CRM channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS).

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, SQL.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and initiatives.

  • Experience in monitoring and improving multi-channel CRM journey.
