As a CRM Manager sitting within the Marketing team, you’ll help build and optimise customer journeys across our markets and products. You’ll play a key role in addressing the needs of our merchants and ensuring a seamless SumUp experience throughout the lifecycle.
We’re a diverse group working in the fields of product marketing, online marketing, brand, CRM, content, PR and social media. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp’s brand, attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our products. What you’ll do
Oversee and understand the journeys and behaviour of our customers to leverage engagement with our processes and products
Ensure the base is segmented effectively for behavioural-triggered educational, transactional and promotional communications
Run A/B tests to understand which communications have a better impact
Create reports, analyse and drive specific recommendations for action
Own and maintain our core journeys, once processes change you’ll update the journeys accordingly
Communicate processes and learnings across teams and document them on our Confluence page
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Onboarding, Data, Product, Content, Design, Marketing and Salesforce teams
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 3+ years of experience working in CRM.
You have a strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS).
You excel at project management, from conceptualisation to driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives and delivering data-driven recommendations.
You’re comfortable with CRM metrics and understand when it’s relevant to run A/B tests.
You’re passionate about CRM and growth and stay up to date on industry best practices.
You're fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You have good knowledge of HTML and CSS and have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
