Lead CRM Campaign Manager
We're looking for a dynamic and data-driven Lead CRM Campaign Manager to help our team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and end to end CRM strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion around SumUp’s products. Your first objective is to build up an internal CRM Campaign Competence Centre and inspire CRM managers on best practices to enable them to address our merchants digitally via email, push and in-app messaging.
This role sits within our Marketing team and will report to our Head of CRM Marketing. We’re a diverse group working in the fields of Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Brand, CRM, Content, PR and Social Media. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp’s brand, attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our products. What you’ll do
You’ll be in charge of leading, coaching and inspiring a team of 4 CRM Managers in Europe throughout their projects.
You’ll design the CRM campaigns strategy and coordinate them across Markets.
You’ll build reports to evaluate campaigns. Armed with these insights, you’ll then consult the Market teams, and jointly identify areas for improvement.
You’ll foster a data-driven mindset to help CRM Managers evaluate the impact of their campaigns and support them on identifying the learnings, by constantly conducting A/B experiments that can be used as benchmarks for future activities.
Work closely with Data & BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Product teams to coordinate the integration of data-sets for campaigns.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 8+ years’ experience working in CRM and campaign environments.
You’re passionate about CRM and have a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of regular CRM tools. You worked previously with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You have leadership skills and have driven individuals and teams to grow and supported the production of remarkable products
You have excellent project management skills and can understand diverse perspectives, bring needs from different functions together and drive projects through to completion.
You’ll be able to demonstrate your discoveries to multiple stakeholders and offer trainings/workshops to develop our CRM Managers.
