As part of our Employer Branding team, you'll play a key role in helping SumUp attract the best talent. Through strategically placed and creatively designed online marketing campaigns, you'll help us effectively raise brand awareness, generate leads and drive traffic to our careers page. Together, we'll work to increase our applicant pool.
We’re a cross-functional team made up of people from 6 different countries, with backgrounds in Employer Brand, Marketing, Content, Social Media and Design. We’re split across 2 main locations–Berlin and Sofia, and we’re key supporters of SumUp’s ongoing growth. We regularly help stakeholders, such as the Talent Acquisition team, approach their hiring needs in an agile manner.

What you’ll do
Plan, implement and report on all online marketing activities, including paid social (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.), retargeting campaigns, as well as paid and generic search (e.g. Google, Youtube, etc.)
Develop ideas and evaluate methods to increase our applicant pool and drive traffic to our career pages—running A/B tests across different platforms in order to tap into unique candidate groups
Ensure proper tracking is in place for all campaigns and landing pages—setting up and sharing Analytics dashboards with the team
Work with Brand, Social Media, Content and Design to optimise ad copies, assets and landing pages
Perform qualitative and quantitative campaign analyses to inform your decisions and share trends, insights and growth opportunities with the team and relevant stakeholders
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 4+ years of experience in performance-based marketing.
You’re comfortable using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (e.g. Search, Display, Youtube) and Native advertising platforms ( e.g. Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
You’re data-driven and experienced with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau etc.) and can make sense of data from multiple sources.
You’re able to and enjoy working across multiple cultures and supporting local digital needs.
You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
