As a Senior CRM Manager sitting within the CRM Marketing team, you'll help build and increase product adoption through customer journeys and cross-sell campaigns across our markets and products. You’ll play a key role in raising awareness about SumUp’s ecosystem and products to our merchants and ensuring a seamless SumUp experience throughout the lifecycle.
We’re a diverse group working in the fields of product marketing, online marketing, brand, CRM, content, PR and social media. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp’s brand, attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our products. What You’ll Do
Create the CRM cross-sell and product marketing adoption strategy for SumUp’s products and deliver it incrementally
Have a complete understanding of our merchants’ behaviours and needs, to leverage up sell and customer engagement opportunities
Run A/B tests to understand which communications have a better impact
Create and implement data-driven user journeys, campaigns and NBA logic
Create reports, analyse and drive specific recommendations for action
Communicate results and learnings across teams and document them on our Confluence page
Work closely with Data & BI, Product and Product Marketing, Content, Design, Marketing and Salesforce teams.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have strong experience working within CRM
You have great knowledge in HTML and CSS. Experience with SQL is a plus
You’re passionate about CRM, with a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of CRM systems and multi-channel lifecycle journeys. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
You have a strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS)
You have strong experience orchestrating NBO (next-best-offer) user journeys for product offerings with a proven track record of successfully improving campaign performance (open rates, click through rates, conversions, etc) through A/B testing
You excel at project management, from conceptualisation to driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives and delivering data-driven recommendations.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and initiatives.
You're fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
