Senior Offline Media Manager

To strengthen the Offline Marketing team, we’re looking for a Senior Offline Media Manager to help us scale our offline activities across our key European markets and achieve our robust long-term expansion plans.

As a Senior Offline Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, planning and execution of offline campaigns within different media channels (TV, OOH, Radio, etc.).

In this position you will be managing steadily growing budgets and will be able to have a high impact on the overall business development.

What you’ll do

  • Lead projects and proactively develop new and innovative growth offline marketing strategies in order to support the expansion plans of our organisation

  • Plan, book and evaluate brand and performance focused offline campaigns (TV, Radio, OOH, VOD, Print) in supported European markets with a considerable annual investment 

  • Responsible for related financial controlling activities including invoicing and reconciliation

  • Build and nourish your media network to negotiate successful deals with different media saleshouse, vendors and agencies

  • Continuously monitor the market and media landscape development to introduce new vendors and establish flourishing partnerships

  • Support and facilitate cross functional projects (proactively identify business cases for offline growth opportunities and collaborate with other teams and departments for execution)

  • Present comprehensible campaign results to internal stakeholders (close collaboration with brand managers) and educate them on offline media best practices and strategies

  • Be a mentor and role-model inspiring knowledge sharing and documentation best practices within the team

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You have 5+ years of experience planning and buying offline campaigns (brand and performance) either at a media agency or on client side

  • You have a good understanding of the media landscape and developed expertise across the different offline media channels (OOH, Print and Podcast is a plus)

  • You are a strong relationship builder and own an existing network within the European media landscape (focus TV)

  • You possess strong negotiation and communication skills

  • You know how to measure success from offline campaigns (brand and performance focused) and optimise the media planning accordingly

  • You are highly organised with great attention to detail and able to multitask and coordinate several projects at a time

  • A real people person and team player, you remain calm under pressure and are able to prioritise 

  • You are energetic, enthusiastic and you thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • You are a problem-solver, looking to streamline existing and propose new workflows

  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written – knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
